Re-Writing What Isn't Working Well: A Narrative Workshop for Healthy Resets
We're all excellent storytellers, though often don't realize we're telling ourselves stories that are inaccurate--even myopic!
Like it or not, our mammalian brains have evolved to both sense threat and to reduce power outages in our nervous system. That means that a lot of corners get cut and myriad assumptions are made moment-by-moment, all out of conscious awareness. In the workshop, we'll learn about and experiment with narrative therapy techniques to get a better sense of how to edit the outdated stories that are keeping us stuck and small.
This workshop is for artists of all disciplines
Please note that during the workshop smudging will take place
