Exploring Your Artist Identity with Self-Expression and Art-Making

This therapeutic art workshop offers a space to pause and reconnect with your artist identity. Using grounded botanical metaphors, you will be guided through a reflection to visualize your creative ecosystem. Moving into an art-making invitation, you will have the chance to bring your visualization to life and explore how you protect, nourish, and sustain your artistic practice and identity in an ever-shifting industry. The session includes a welcoming check-in and optional group sharing to help you find meaning in your own creative process.

This workshop is for artists of all disciplines
