Artists have a higher incidence of anxiety and stress than other populations and these can impact your work and quality of life. Self-care strategies are not only cost-effective and convenient, but increase feelings of control, particularly in those living with chronic condition such as chronic stress or anxiety. In this series, participants will be guided through self-care techniques including self-shiatsu, breathing and mindfulness exercises, stretching and acupressure to enable you to take control of stress and anxiety.
