EARS (Ear Acupuncture for Reducing Strain)

EARS is our community drop-in acupuncture program which involves the gentle placement of up to 5 small, sterilized disposable needles into specific sites on each ear. Participants sit quietly in a group setting for 30 – 45 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect. The program runs on Tuesdays from 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm.
